What you'll do

• Safely and accurately pass medications to residents, document in the eMAR system, assist with hygiene, dressing, and mobility, monitor residents for changes, report concerns, and coordinate with the care team.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment consistent with care plans and state guidelines.
