• monitor quality objectives and corrective actions
• communicate with customers about orders, returns, questions, and complaints
• prepare quotations and coordinate sales details
• estimate delivery dates
• research customer problems
• maintain customer and supplier relationships
• solicit sales
• schedule outside sales appointments
• track customer-specific inventory
• and participate in weekly team funnel meetings.
