The Director, AV Project Management role is onsite in Plymouth, MN. Compensation is a base salary of $120,000–$150,000 per year, plus bonus potential. The role supports profitable, consistent commercial AV implementation by improving project methods, coordinating with engineering and field teams, and resolving complex client and site issues.

What you'll do

• Lead and develop the AV project management team
• oversee daily project management operations and assignments
• establish project delivery methods and conduct compliance and documentation audits
• coordinate schedules and resources with installation and resource teams
• monitor productivity and profitability
• govern commercial AV implementation, schedules, and funding limits
• serve as escalation point for high-profile clients
• oversee AV drawing delivery
• mitigate operational and financial risks
• coordinate commissioning, programming validation, and project handoffs
• improve quality and negotiate with vendors.
