The Licensed Therapist role is onsite in Holland, OH. Pay is $56,000–$65,000 per year, based on licensure and experience. The therapist supports Racing for Recovery’s holistic wellness model and its work with adults, children, and families pursuing recovery and mental wellness. The role provides clinical assessment, treatment planning, counseling, and related support within the therapist’s scope of practice. It contributes to coordinated care by collaborating with an interdisciplinary team and supporting clients’ recovery and wellness goals.

What you'll do

• Conduct diagnostic assessments
• develop and update individualized treatment plans
• provide individual, family, and group counseling within scope of practice
• provide case management and skills training as indicated
• facilitate or co-facilitate groups
• use evidence-based practices, including services aligned with ASAM level-of-care criteria
• document clinical work in compliance with HIPAA, state regulations, and organizational policies
• collaborate with the care team and advocate for clients.
