What you'll do

• Manage project budgets, owner-requested reports, invoicing, change orders, and extra work order logs
• review daily logs, safety reports, submittal and procurement logs, and schedules
• lead regular project team huddles and visit sites weekly
• lead preconstruction activities
• maintain client relationships
• report project leads and updates at bi-weekly operations meetings
• attend owner and industry functions monthly to network and identify business opportunities.
