Employee Experience Manager

What you'll do

• Maintain shared spaces, supplies, shipping, storage, custodial services, and vendor relationships
• coordinate workshops, vendor meetings, client visits, and leadership syncs
• support expense tracking, invoices, employee files, policy communications, and finance document review
• coordinate onboarding materials and employee events
• liaise with global offices and track projects and action items.
