The Resident Assistant role is onsite in Lakeville, MN, part-time, with a 5 PM–9 PM schedule. Pay is $19–$23.65 per hour, based on location, qualifications, and experience. The role is in Vivie’s Nursing department and supports residents’ dignity, well-being, and companionship. The Resident Assistant provides hands-on support with daily activities, meals, restorative care, social and wellness activities, and residents’ living spaces. The role also monitors and reports changes in residents’ health or emotional well-being to nursing staff and helps new residents transition into their home.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, oral care, toileting, and mobility
• support meals, restorative care, and life skills while respecting preferences
• encourage social, recreational, and wellness activities
• help maintain resident spaces through housekeeping, laundry, and organizing
• prepare, store, and serve meals, beverages, and snacks
• monitor and report changes in health or emotional well-being to nursing staff
• welcome new residents and support their transition.

Why this role
