What you'll do

• Follow receptionist processes
• perform typing, proofreading, data entry, filing, photocopying, faxing, and mail sorting
• receive visitors and identify their needs
• update the telephone directory
• direct clients to the lounge and appropriate staff for vehicle status updates
• route client concerns
• monitor demo car keys and log reports
• attend department meetings.
