What you'll do

• Develop new business throughout the Phoenix market
• build relationships with commercial property managers, multifamily operators, facility managers, and trade partners
• prospect and secure Master Service Agreements
• use Salesforce to track pipeline activity and forecasts
• collaborate on marketing, events, and territory development
• represent the company at networking events and client meetings.
