What you'll do

• Prepare food according to production requirements and quality standards
• follow recipe cards and portion standards
• date and rotate food containers
• maintain proper temperatures for perishables
• check pars and determine preparation needs, freezer pulls, and line setup
• note out-of-stock items or shortages
• maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
