What you'll do

• Serve as a primary contact for HR inquiries and advise on policies, programs, and compliance
• partner with HR Centers of Excellence and business leaders on talent management, recruiting, onboarding, engagement, and employee experience
• coordinate orientations and exit interviews
• maintain and analyze employee data in HR systems
• coordinate leave, accommodations, workers' compensation, and return-to-work processes
• manage employee relations matters and workplace investigations, escalating complex matters as appropriate
• contribute to HR initiatives and training
• coach managers
• stay current on HR trends and employment law
• comply with company policies and the Code of Ethics.

Why this role
