What you'll do

• Coordinate with the Maintenance Manager and other supervisors to schedule vehicle maintenance
• dispatch mechanics
• review work orders for accuracy
• conduct pre-shift meetings
• supervise maintenance department employees
• monitor employee time and attendance
• train and direct employees
• analyze and resolve work-related problems
• track work orders in the Fleet Focus system.
