What you'll do

• Lead daily laboratory operations and workflow
• supervise Medical Laboratory Assistant staff, review timekeeping, and develop schedules
• enforce laboratory protocols and administer competency assessments
• uphold hospital policies and regulatory requirements
• collaborate with the Technical Specialist on process optimization
• oversee new employee orientation and training
• collaborate across departments and represent the laboratory in meetings or committees as assigned.

Why this role

Bachelor’s degree in medical laboratory science, clinical laboratory science, or a related field and 3–5 years of clinical laboratory experience required; ASCP or AMT certification preferred. Weekend and holiday coverage may be included.
