By analyzing schedule performance, costs, and earned value, and mentoring schedulers, the specialist supports effective execution and informed project decisions.

What you'll do

• Develop and refine project Work Breakdown Structures
• review quantity take-offs and project documents
• incorporate addenda and maintain quote matrices
• analyze bid items and time estimates
• develop resource-loaded schedules and forecast resource demands
• produce baseline-versus-actual reports and earned-value analysis
• prepare monthly schedule narratives and recovery schedules
• mentor schedulers.
