What you'll do

• Research, develop, plan, coordinate, and execute Mission Readiness Exercises and Mission Command Exercises
• advise on SOF missions, doctrine, operational planning, and training
• develop exercise concepts, scenarios, injects, and objectives
• facilitate planning meetings, synchronization events, rehearsals, and after-action reviews
• support mission command training
• develop operational products and briefings
• evaluate exercises and recommend readiness improvements
• collaborate with planners, simulation personnel, role players, and military staff.

Why this role

Active Secret clearance required. Associate degree required, with 15 years of directly related military experience permitted as a substitute. U.S. Army Special Forces qualification and specified military education and experience are required. Periodic travel may be required.
