Engineering Technician – Well Services

The Engineering Technician – Well Services role is onsite at the ExxonMobil Campus in Spring, TX. Compensation is $50 per hour. The technician supports the Well Servicing organization and coordinates with field operations, engineering, and leadership. The role helps ensure accurate well-servicing data, efficient resource use, and timely project execution. It coordinates projects and rig schedules, maintains WellView information, and develops operational reporting to support planning and improvement.

What you'll do

• Coordinate well-servicing and workover projects
• monitor milestones and performance
• assist with budgets and documentation
• develop and maintain rig schedules
• manage and validate WellView data
• support wellbore schematics
• create reports, dashboards, KPIs, and performance analyses
• and assist with forecasting and post-job reviews.

Why this role

The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week, with core hours of 8:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. Occasional travel is approximately 2–3 field visits per year; required travel expenses are reimbursable with receipts.
