The role exists to develop and close sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and matching them with appropriate security technology and services. It contributes to sales growth and customer relationships by managing the sales cycle, coordinating solution scoping and proposals, and maintaining partnerships with customers and original equipment manufacturer partners.

What you'll do

• Prospect, develop, and close sales opportunities in the Physical Security practice
• identify customer needs and sell appropriate hardware and services
• conduct cold calls and in-person meetings
• maintain customer account relationships and resolve satisfaction issues
• manage forecasts and sales pipeline
• coordinate quotes, orders, and project scoping with inside sales and engineering
• support invoice resolution and collections
• develop customer and original equipment manufacturer partnerships
• translate requirements into solution concepts, proposals, and project scopes.
