What you'll do

• Lead accounts payable across company locations
• supervise and develop the AP team
• redesign workflows using automation, RPA, and AI tools
• define and report KPIs
• partner with Treasury, Accounting, Procurement, and IT
• manage vendor practices and cash disbursements
• monitor AP aging and accrued purchase reports
• document and train on payables processes
• support Microsoft D365 procure-to-pay implementation
• oversee annual 1099 reporting
• and support audits and digital transformation.
