What you'll do

• Support attorneys and legal staff with case strategy, prioritization, and complex immigration matters
• mentor and develop attorneys and paralegals
• oversee workflows, caseloads, deadlines, and quality standards
• improve systems and accountability
• promote communication and client service
• and work with firm leadership on operational priorities and growth.
