What you'll do

• Facilitate groups following Charlie Health best practices and curriculum.
• Foster client engagement and group cohesion.
• Monitor treatment documentation.
• Maintain professional ethics and boundaries.
• Complete onboarding requirements.
• Meet with supervisor regularly.
• Respond to communications promptly.
• Review curriculum prior to group.
• Arrive early for scheduled group time.
• Facilitate groups for the entire hour.
• Foster camera-on culture.
• Follow operational policies.
• Participate in treatment team and group supervision.
• Work collaboratively with the care team.
• Communicate clearly and professionally.
• Other duties as assigned.

Experience

Master's degree in mental health or related field; experience working with youth and young adults; skilled in conducting group treatment.
