What you'll do

• Supervise mechanics, welders, and tire technicians
• coordinate shop operations, repair schedules, and preventive maintenance
• ensure DOT compliance and road readiness
• inspect, diagnose, and assist with repairs
• oversee inspections and FMCSA documentation
• maintain records and communicate equipment availability
• coordinate vendors, parts, and inventory
• respond to occasional after-hours maintenance needs or emergency breakdowns.
