Multi-Classroom Support is an onsite, full-time role in Lisbon, NH, at the North Country Clubhouse. Pay is $15.50–$17 per hour. Boys & Girls Clubs of Central and Northern New Hampshire works to help young people reach their full potential through youth programs and mentoring. The role supports children’s development and program quality by creating a nurturing classroom, planning and implementing curriculum, maintaining safety and records, communicating with families and staff, and supervising classroom staff, students, and volunteers.

What you'll do

• Create a nurturing environment responsive to children’s needs
• plan and implement curriculum
• maintain member safety, program goals, and outcome records
• use observations to inform curriculum
• follow applicable standards and policies
• administer medications and provide first aid as needed
• communicate with families, staff, and children
• supervise classroom staff, students, and volunteers
• support program planning and promotion as applicable
• assist with cleaning and organization.
