Registered Nurse (RN) Outpatient - Cardiology

Responsible for utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to patients. Facilitates health care services for patients in outpatient settings in cooperation with the health care team. Responsible for the coordination of care, patient assessment, patient education, and various other nursing interventi
