What you'll do

• Supervise healthcare delivery within the assigned nursing unit
• collect health status data, diagnose patients, set goals, plan and implement care, and evaluate progress
• provide patient education
• review nursing plans, medical records, and referrals for compliance
• facilitate progressive patient care
• assist the DON with nursing skills and scope-of-licensure oversight
• identify problems and propose corrective actions
• maintain unit cleanliness and coordinate care with other departments
• monitor supplies and equipment maintenance.
