Senior RF/Radar Engineer

What you'll do

• Analyze foreign radar systems and derive threat parameters
• apply radar equations, signal processing, antenna theory, and physics-based modeling
• reconcile intelligence reporting, measurements, drawings, databases, and modeled performance
• document assumptions, uncertainty, confidence, and technical rationale
• develop and validate radar models, algorithms, and analysis tools using MATLAB and/or Python
• establish reference calculations and acceptance criteria
• verify automated workflows and adjudicate significant discrepancies
• present technical analyses to U.S. Air Force stakeholders
• mentor less-experienced engineers.
