What you'll do

• Prepare and bake pastries and other goods to recipes and standards
• mix, shape, proof, score, bake, and finish products
• complete production and prep lists
• monitor quality, freshness, and presentation
• label, date, store, and rotate products and ingredients
• maintain a clean workspace and follow food safety standards
• care for equipment and collaborate with kitchen and cafe teams.
