What you'll do
- Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy
- conduct psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans
- monitor progress and adjust approaches as clinically appropriate
- maintain timely clinical documentation
- coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team
- participate in case consultations, meetings, and professional development
- connect clients with community resources as needed.
