Job overview

The Cook – Full-Time role is onsite in Midlothian, VA, with pay of $22–$27 per hour, paid weekly. The cook supports safe, consistent kitchen operations by following sanitation and food-handling procedures, maintaining equipment and work areas, and helping meet operational standards. The role also communicates operational issues, supports kitchen training, and contributes to staff morale and guest and staff respect.

What you'll do

• Follow safety, sanitation, and administrative procedures
• maintain safe food storage and temperature practices
• clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and counters
• communicate operational issues to managers
• meet operational deadlines and kitchen standards
• monitor restaurant profitability and address deficiencies
• identify and correct operational needs
• assist with kitchen trainee training
• complete marketing responsibilities and programs
• handle food and supplies properly
• treat guests and staff with dignity and respect
• be available Sundays on a rotating basis.
