What you'll do

• Provide support to client-identified VIPs
• respond to change-management requests, including installing new PC equipment and deskside support
• perform assigned deskside support and install/move/add/change activities
• communicate arrival times, repair estimates, and repair status to end users and service desk personnel
• follow documented service operations policies and procedures.
