What you'll do

• Respond to and prioritize hardware, software, network, and computer-system requests
• troubleshoot issues
• log and track service requests
• coordinate with vendors
• maintain IT equipment inventory
• assist with hardware and software purchase recommendations
• install, configure, and perform minor repairs
• support user accounts, Active Directory, TCP/IP networks, telecommunications, video conferencing, and physical access systems
• provide rotating weekend and after-hours on-call support as needed
• back up other Information Systems staff.
