What you'll do

• Support the Employee Housing Wellness Strategy
• plan, facilitate, document, and evaluate resident programs
• respond to resident requests and manage support cases
• connect residents with resources
• assist with conflict resolution and roommate mediation
• coordinate resident communications, move-ins, and move-outs
• maintain housing documentation and compliance
• manage keys, parking, and access credentials
• conduct property inspections
• and coordinate with internal teams and vendors on housing needs.
