The Server works onsite in Dallas, TX. Pay is $18–$30 per hour in base wages plus tips. The Sicilian Butcher is a modern-casual dining concept centered on Sicilian culinary traditions, scratch-made pastas, craft meatballs, and family-style hospitality. The server guides guests through their dining experience, from greeting and order-taking to delivery and payment. Coordination with front- and back-of-house teams supports accurate, timely service and a welcoming restaurant environment.

What you'll do

• Greet guests promptly and warmly
• accurately take and enter food and beverage orders
• explain menu items, recommend dishes, and highlight specials
• deliver food and beverages
• anticipate guest needs and respond to requests or concerns
• maintain clean and organized tables and dining areas
• bus, sanitize, and reset tables
• communicate with kitchen staff
• process cash and credit card transactions
• follow food safety, sanitation, and company policies.
