Manufacturing Technician (Laser Sinter) is an onsite, full-time role in Fountain, CO, paying $21–$22 per hour. The technician supports RMB Products’ additive manufacturing operations, producing thermoplastic components for aerospace, chemical processing, and industrial customers. The role prepares and operates laser sintering equipment, handles materials, processes builds, and performs post-processing and routine maintenance. Accurate documentation and adherence to safety, quality, and operating procedures help meet production requirements and support continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Prepare and clean laser sintering equipment
• monitor and calibrate laser power
• verify sensors and system flows
• weigh, sift, and load plastic powder
• monitor build conditions and document observations
• break out completed builds
• operate glass bead blasting equipment
• sand and finish parts
• organize test coupons and samples
• perform routine machine and chiller maintenance and inspections
• replace consumables
• assist with troubleshooting and repairs
• maintain production and maintenance records
• follow safety and quality procedures.
