What you'll do

• Evaluate and prioritize new and renewal submissions
• determine pricing, structure, and coverage terms using underwriting guidelines and tools. Communicate with producers, refer risks for higher approval when appropriate, and monitor business performance. Prepare renewal quotes, assess renewal actions, maintain regulatory awareness, and meet production, marketing, and profitability goals. Travel regularly to meet assigned producers and collaborate with and mentor underwriting colleagues.
