What you'll do

• Lead and develop project managers
• allocate resources and balance workloads
• oversee project execution across engineering, procurement, fabrication, quality, logistics, installation, commissioning, and closeout
• monitor project financials and forecasts
• drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement
• coordinate cross-functional teams and customer reviews.
