What you'll do

• Provide resident care in a manner that supports safety and comfort
• administer and record ordered medications under licensed-nurse supervision, including PRN medications
• follow medication administration procedures
• notify licensed staff about pain complaints, reactions, side effects, or changes in condition
• take and record vital signs as assigned
• answer call lights and make rounds.
