What you'll do

• Lead regional staff and program development
• hire, retain, coach, and support team members
• manage budgets, goals, metrics, data, and reporting
• oversee family services and volunteer screening
• use de-escalation and problem-solving in crisis situations
• cultivate donors and solicit funding
• support fundraising events and the regional community board
• develop church and community partnerships
• engage local government, child and family services, law enforcement, and first responders
• conduct public speaking and presentations.

Why this role

Requires 5+ years working in child welfare or with at-risk children and families, 3+ years leading and managing a team, a bachelor’s degree in social work or a related human-services field, and a reliable personal vehicle for daily work-related travel. Master’s degree is preferred.
