What you'll do

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients and handle intake, payroll, and problem-solving
• explain CDS programs to clients, families, and county personnel
• support timely, accurate service delivery
• track legislative and regulatory changes
• input budgets, process payroll and reimbursements, and track spending
• assist with employee onboarding and employment documentation
• collaborate with counties, DHS, and providers to develop best practices.

Why this role

Education and experience may be an associate or bachelor’s degree plus three years of related human services experience, or high school diploma plus six years.
