What you'll do

• Supervise custodial staff and delegate work schedules
• evaluate performance and inspect assigned areas
• provide hands-on cleaning support when needed
• resolve problems and recommend improvements
• address customer concerns and report work-order changes
• track supplies, equipment use, and repairs
• ensure chemical labeling, dilution, and storage compliance
• train staff
• coordinate staff coverage
• develop and improve cleaning procedures
• assist with hiring and personnel administration
• conduct safety checks and training
• manage janitorial inventory
• perform custodial duties in staff absences.
