What you'll do

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and offboarding

• oversee employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution
• administer compensation, benefits, and performance appraisal programs
• ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws
• lead DEI, learning and development, and HRIS optimization initiatives
• maintain HR policies, handbooks, and documentation
• prepare HR reports and analytics for executive leadership.

Why this role
