Job Title: Bakery Team Lead. Reports to: Bakery Manager. Efficiently produce large quantities of bakery products each day. Primary production processes are panning up dough, shaping/scoring dough, proofing, and baking, topping, sheeting, frying, of donuts, pastries, and breads while preserving, promoting and protecting the Family Express brand image.
