What you'll do

• Oversee daily PrEP Clinic operations and patient flow
• direct staff assignments and adjust responsibilities as needed
• monitor scheduling, appointment utilization, and injection timelines
• provide direct patient care and administer injectable PrEP under protocols
• support HIV/STI testing, laboratory coordination, and patient education
• guide staff and support onboarding
• monitor documentation and workflow compliance
• address patient concerns
• track clinic performance indicators and collaborate with internal departments.
