What you'll do

• Perform protein characterization, routine testing, and in-process support assays
• evaluate emerging protein-characterization techniques and develop assays as required
• troubleshoot and optimize assays
• direct day-to-day QCA laboratory activities
• review and collaborate on assay data
• support investigations involving OOS, OOT, atypical results, and deviations
• create or review SOPs and technical reports
• support onboarding and documentation for new instruments
• check laboratory inventory and manage purchase-order requests
• record laboratory activities and results
• collaborate with development, quality, regulatory, and manufacturing groups.
