What you'll do

• Ensure timely, accurate GAAP financial statements
• develop and improve financial policies, procedures, and controls
• lead monthly and quarterly general ledger close, accounts payable, payroll, equity administration, and weekly KPIs
• analyze trends and budget variances
• review contracts with Legal
• prepare materials for the President and CFO
• upload financials to NetSuite
• lead and develop finance staff.
