What you'll do

• Manage mass tort and environmental litigation matters from inception through resolution
• conduct legal research and factual investigations
• draft pleadings, motions, discovery, briefs, and memoranda
• participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation
• collaborate on case strategy
• communicate with clients, counsel, and experts
• and manage deadlines across active matters.
