What you'll do

• Assist with interviewing applicants, recommending hires, and scheduling
• participate in orientation, in-service education, and performance reviews
• support personnel policies
• assist the Director of Nursing Services with documentation and policy compliance
• assist with care planning
• make daily rounds to direct care team work and observe for hazards
• support continuous quality improvement and corrective follow-up
• follow up on unit status changes and service delivery
• complete chart audits under the Director of Nursing Services’ direction
• ensure infection-control techniques
• communicate with families, residents, and community staff.

Why this role
