The Seasonal Golf Intern – Level I role is onsite in Littleton, CO, at Columbine Country Club. Compensation is $17 per hour, based on experience; the internship is three months, with a flexible May–August start and 38–42 hours per week. The club’s mission is to provide Members, Guests, and Staff with an extraordinary experience. The intern assists with outside service operations and gains hands-on exposure to golf operations. The work supports member and guest service, golf programs, tournament activity, and the club’s practice facilities while providing professional mentorship and development.

What you'll do

• Assist with daily outside service operations for the Championship and Par 3 courses
• support the Caddie Program and Junior Golf Program
• assist with tournament operations, club repair, and member equipment needs
• stage and maintain golf carts, wash clubs, and organize the bag room
• set up, maintain, and replenish the practice facility
• provide customer service to Members and Guests
• collaborate with Assistant Professionals on customer service initiatives and program support.
