What you'll do

• Partner with the General Manager to oversee dining, hospitality, and catering operations
• support catering events and special functions
• build client and guest relationships
• assist with labor planning, budgeting, forecasting, and expense controls
• monitor performance and identify improvements
• coach and develop team members
• support recruitment, onboarding, and training
• ensure food safety and workplace safety compliance
• assist with inventory, purchasing, and operational planning.
