The technician maintains safe and efficient operations by inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, installing, and maintaining production equipment and facility systems. Preventive and predictive maintenance, accurate records, and communication with supervisors help reduce downtime and support production and facility operations.

What you'll do

• Perform maintenance, repair, and installation of industrial equipment and facility systems
• inspect, test, and diagnose equipment
• troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• repair or replace components
• perform preventive and predictive maintenance
• read technical documents and schematics
• service motors, pumps, conveyors, compressors, and piping systems
• support facility upkeep and equipment improvements
• maintain records and follow safety and environmental requirements.
