What you'll do

• Provide full-spectrum primary care to an individual patient panel, including conventional primary care, functional medicine, preventive care, chronic disease management, and root-cause workups
• coordinate care with providers in other specialties, nurses, nutritionists, and health coaches
• build a patient panel with support from marketing, referral, and front-office teams
• provide feedback on patient flow, care delivery, electronic medical record documentation, diagnostic testing, and therapeutic options
• and participate in clinic-hosted events and community education.

Why this role

Requires an active Idaho MD, DO, NP, or PA license or eligibility to obtain one, prescriptive authority or eligibility to obtain it, and a degree from an accredited institution. Two or more years of clinical experience is preferred; newer providers with functional medicine training are encouraged to apply.
